If you're being asked to subscribe but you already have an active GCN+ subscription, you may have more than one active account in the app.
How to check whether your account has a subscription
Your subscription is only attached to one account and you'll need to log into the account which has the active subscription. You can double check whether the account you are logged into has a subscription by logging into the web player (here https://plus.globalcyclingnetwork.com/), clicking 'Account' and then 'Manage account'. Any active subscriptions will appear under the 'Subscriptions' section.
How to find which account has your subscription
Details of the account that has your subscription will be attached to the confirmation email you received when you subscribed.
If you are logged into the correct account and are still seeing this message, please try logging out and logging back in again. If this does not solve the issue you are seeing, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log back in.
