If you are having issues logging into your account from the GCN app, these few troubleshooting steps should help you get you back on track!
First, please ensure you have installed the latest version of the app and try to log in again. If the app is already up to date, try uninstalling and reinstalling it and then try to log in again.
If that doesn't work, please try the following:
1. Go to https://auth.playsportsnetwork.com/account/ and login with your account credentials.
2. Try to assign yourself a username or an avatar.
3. Return to the app and try once more to log in.
