First, please ensure you have installed the latest version of the app and try to log in again.
If that doesn't work,please try the following:
1. Go to https://auth.playsportsnetwork.com/account/ and login with your account credentials.
2. Try to assign yourself a username or an avatar.
3. Return to the app and try once more to log in.
