If you have subscribed via an in-app purchase, your subscription is directly with Apple, so you will need to go into the Apple App Store to cancel your subscription by following the steps below:
- Go to the Apple App Store.
- Click on your profile image at the top right.
- Select 'Subscriptions'.
- Select the relevant subscription.
- Select 'Cancel Subscription' - the note below cancel subscription will show the date that your subscription will be cancelled.
Please note that the steps above cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. You will receive an email from Apple confirming that your subscription has been cancelled and the date you will lose access to GCN paid services. You will be able to access GCN paid services until the end of your subscription.
