GCN SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION - GERMANY
If you purchase a subscription directly from us you agree: (a) we will provide you with access to your subscription (and the content available through that subscription) immediately; and (b) where we get your consent when you sign up, you waive any statutory right you may have to: (i) change your mind about your subscription; and (ii) receive a refund within any applicable cooling off period.
Please note, if you access GCN App or purchase a subscription through a third party (e.g. via an app store or one of our other third party partners), your payment will be to that third party and you will be subject to that third party’s terms. Important information on billing and renewal will be detailed in the third party’s terms and conditions. GCN+ SUBSCRIPTION
What is the GCN+ Subscription?
GCN+ is a live and on-demand subscription service that gives you access to premium men’s and women’s pro-cycling events and exclusive race-related content, together with on-demand access to our wide range of cycling documentaries. Live racing available under the GCN+ subscription is available in multiple markets and languages, whilst our original documentary content is available worldwide, but currently only available in the English language. Content can be streamed via the GCN mobile app or our web player. Our current list of available devices for the GCN App is available here: gcn.eu/7IS
GCN+ MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
What is a GCN+ monthly subscription?
A GCN+ monthly subscription gives you access to all of the pro-cycling content and exclusive live and on-demand racing content available on the GCN App, plus access to all of our on-demand exclusive cycling documentary content.
How long is my access?
The GCN+ monthly subscription gives you access for a minimum term of one month from the point of purchase.
Your GCN+ monthly subscription will continue unless cancelled in line with our Terms of Use at https://www.playsportsnetwork.com/paid-app-terms-of-use/ as further described below.
Will it auto-renew?
Yes. It will automatically renew each month, unless you cancel your subscription before your next month’s access is due to begin or before the end of a free period of access (if offered) at the then standard price.
How do I subscribe to a GCN+ monthly subscription?
Payment is currently available through an in-app payment or via direct payment through our dedicated web player here: gcn.eu/subcribe.
If your purchase is made via direct payment through our website, your payment will be made to DPlay Entertainment Limited, the provider of the GCN+ service via Adyen, our payment provider. You will be subject to both our and Adyen’s terms of use. When do we take payment?
Your payment method will be charged on the day you sign up for a GCN+ monthly subscription and then on or around the same day of each renewal month after that unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
How do I cancel?
If you signed up for a GCN+ monthly subscription through a third party (for example via one of our partners) and wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to do so through that third party. You will continue to have access to the relevant GCN+ content until the end of the month you have paid for and no refund will be given. No further payments will be taken after that.
What will I be able to access and watch?
We are constantly striving to provide you with the best race content that we can offer for your territory, so we are continuously updating the list of races that are available to you.
You will also be able to watch our unique cycling documentaries, with a new release brought out weekly.

Will I be able to access the content in multiple languages?
Our race commentary will be available in English, and also in French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German and Japanese for selected races. For some of the larger races, we also provide additional commentary options.
Currently, our documentary content is available in English with English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Japanese subtitles, but we are working on bringing you multi-language content soon.
GCN+ ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
What is a GCN+ annual subscription?
A GCN+ annual subscription gives you access to all of the pro-cycling content and exclusive live and on-demand racing content available on the GCN App, plus access to all of our on-demand exclusive cycling documentary content.
How long is my access?
The GCN+ annual subscription gives you access for a minimum term of one year (12 months) from the point of purchase.
Your GCN+ annual subscription will continue to renew after one-year (12 months) for a further 12 months unless cancelled in line with our Terms of Use at https://www.playsportsnetwork.com/paid-app-terms-of-use/ as further described below.
Will it auto-renew?
Yes. It will automatically renew each year for a further 12 months, unless you cancel your subscription before your next year’s access is due to begin or before the end of a free period of access (if offered) at the then standard price.
