This article is designed to help you to resolve any issues that you might be having with GCN+ and to make sure that you can start to watch our premium content as soon as possible!
- Please make sure that you have the latest version of the app. You can check the version that you're using by tapping the menu at the top left. The version number will be at the bottom of the menu page. Click here to check for the latest version of the Android app.

- Once you are sure that you have the latest version installed, please log out and log back in. You should then see the GCN+ icon on the lower menu bar.
- Switch your device off and on again
- If the steps above don't work, force quit the app or reboot your phone.
