About the Giro d’Italia
The Giro d’Italia is back in its traditional slot on the calendar this year and will, as it has done for the best part of the last century, welcome in the start of summer and the much-anticipated Grand Tour season. With a leg-breaking route bookended by two decisive individual time trials and a start list that features the likes of Egan Bernal, Simon Yates, Remco Evenepoel and Vincenzo Nibali we’re guaranteed an action-packed three weeks of racing. Only one can claim the coveted maglia rosa in Milan however, who will get that honour?
Read our full preview in the GCN app here. We’ll have day-by-day previews which are updated after each stage, too. You can watch our preview video in the GCN app or on web here and on YouTube here or below.
