If you are logged in and have an active subscription but the app is asking you to 'Subscribe to Watch' when trying to access live racing, please try the below steps:
1. Log out and log back in again – this resolves most of these issues.
2. Close and reopen the app.
3. If you still see the 'Subscribe to Watch' button, try restoring your purchase. To restore your purchase, tap 'Subscribe to Watch', then tap 'Learn More' below one of the subscriptions, and then tap 'Restore Purchase' at the bottom of the screen.
4. If the two steps above don't work, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log in again.
