From 12/08/2021 if you are an iOS subscriber with a valid subscription and you are being asked to subscribe in the app, please update to our latest version: 1.300.1 or later. This is available here.
If you continue to see issues after updating to the latest version, please follow the four troubleshooting steps below and contact us at gcn.eu/apphelp.
If you have a valid subscription, are logged in, tap on a race poster and see "Subscribe to Watch":
1. Please log out and log back in again – this resolves most of these issues
2. Please close and re-open the app
3. If the two steps above don't work, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log in again
4. If you still see the "Subscribe to Watch" button, please Restore your Purchase. To Restore Purchase, tap "Subscribe to Watch", then tap "Learn More" below one of the subscriptions and then tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the screen
