You can log into your GCN account on both the GCN App or on the GCN+ website. Here’s how:
GCN App
- Open the app.
- Click the menu in the top left.
- Click ‘Log In’.
- Select the correct login method (email, Facebook, Google or Apple) and enter your login credentials.
GCN+ website
- Go to the GCN+ website here: https://plus.globalcyclingnetwork.com/.
- Click ‘Login’ in the top right.
- Select the correct login method (email, Facebook, Google or Apple) and enter your login credentials.
GCN+ login troubleshooting
I’ve been logged out of the GCN App. What should I do?
If you have been logged out of the GCN App, please log in again! We offer several login options, so please make sure that you choose the correct option.
If you created your account with Apple, Google or Facebook, please log in via the same method and follow the steps on screen.
If you created an account on the GCN App, please log in with your email address and password.
I've been logged out and can’t get back into my account
If you have forgotten your password, please tap the 'Reset Password' option, enter your email address and select 'Send Reset Email'.
This email will reach you after a couple of minutes and you will receive a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk and spam folders. If you don’t see the message in your spam or junk folders, we’re here to help, so please get in touch with us here.
I have a subscription but I am being asked to subscribe
If you are being asked to subscribe but you already have an active subscription, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log back in. If this doesn't work, you may have more than one account in the GCN App. This most often occurs when you have logged in with Apple or Google and created an account on the app using your email, so please try to log in with a different method and see if this resolves the issue.
