I’ve been logged out of the GCN App. What should I do?
If you have been logged out of the GCN App, please login again! We offer several login options, so please make sure that you choose the correct option.
If you created your account with Apple, Google or Facebook logins, please login via the same method and follow the steps on screen.
If you created an account in the GCN App, please login with your email address and password.
If you have logged out and can’t get back into your account:
If you have forgotten your password, please tap the “Reset Password” option, enter your email address and select “Send Reset Email”.
This email will reach you after a couple of minutes and you will receive a link to reset your password. If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk and spam folders. If you don’t see the message in your spam or junk folders, we’re here to help, so please get in touch with us here.
If you have logged in and are now being asked to subscribe to watch content in Race TV or GCN+
If you log back into the app and are being asked to subscribe, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log back in. If this doesn't work, you may have more than one account in the GCN App. This most often occurs when you have logged in with Apple or Google and created an account in the app, so please try to log in with a different method and see if this resolves the issue.
