Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the GCN App. We're always working to improve our app and the experience within the app and being on the latest version is the best way to ensure that you're getting this.
You can check for the latest version here for iOS and here for Android. We regularly release new versions of the app, so recommend turning on automatic updates. You can find out how to switch on automatic app updates here for iOS and here for Android.
Where do I login?
You can login via the menu (top left) on both the iOS and Android apps. If you're not logged into the app and try to interact with content (comment, vote, like etc) you will be prompted to log back in to the app.
Ways to login
There are four ways to login to the GCN App:
- Creating an account
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Facebook
- Sign in with Apple (iOS and web only)
I don't remember my password!
You can reset your password from the login page of the app, where "Reset password" is just below the password field. Or, you can go to: https://auth.playsportsnetwork.com/password-reset
I'm logged in, I have a subscription, but I am being asked to subscribe
You may have two accounts in the app. Your subscription is only attached to one account. The account with your subscription will be attached to the confirmation email you received when you subscribed. You can reset your password with the links above.
If you are logged in to the correct account and still seeing this message, please try logging out and logging back in. If this does not solve the issue you are seeing, please uninstall and reinstall the app and log back in.
