Android TV:
If you are having problems with our Android or Samsung TV apps, you can try the following:
- Log out of the GCN app
- Uninstall the app from your device
- Verify that the OS (Operating System) of the device is updated by:
- Pressing the HOME button
- Select the Apps icon
- Select Help
- Select System Software Update
- Select Software Update
- Turn your TV on and off by powering it down from the mains, putting it on standby may not be effective.
- Reinstall the app
- Login to the GCN app again.

Samsung TV

- Select the GCN app and press Delete
- Verify that the OS (Operating System) of the device is updated by:
- Pressing the Menu button
- Select Support
- Select Software Update
- Select Update Now
- Turn your TV on and off by powering it down from the mains, putting it on standby may not be effective.
- Reinstall the app
- Login to the GCN app again.
