What happened to GCN+?
GCN+ and the GCN app closed on 19 December 2023 in all countries and regions. GCN+ subscribers will receive a refund for the time remaining on their subscription.

What happened to my GCN+ subscription?
If you subscribed to GCN+, your subscription ended on 19 December 2023 and there will be no further charges. Refund note: You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method for the time remaining on your GCN+ subscription. Refund times may vary by provider. If you have questions, please contact the company who bills you for GCN+, i.e., Apple, Google, or GCN.
Subscribed through Apple? Please allow 6-8 weeks plus additional processing time for your refund depending on your payment provider.

Can I delete the GCN app?

Can I still use my GCN account?
Yes. You can continue to use your GCN account to log in, comment, and keep up on the latest cycling news at globalcyclingnetwork.com and at the GCN Shop at shop.globalcyclingnetwork.com.
